RETURNS ORDER

Due to the nature and process of customizing products, all of our items and gear is made from scratch. All customized products with or without any text, numbers, logos, or other forms of custom designs are final sale. This also includes blank designs as these are fully custom due to the process of sublimation or embroidery. Any worn, used, or damaged items cannot be returned, including without original tags or packaging. Any accepted returns are required to be returned within 15 days and fulfill the return shipping costs. We recommend using a method of shipping that includes a tracking number. We are responsible for lost packages. Accepted returns may include restocking fees revoked. Please allow 1 to 5 business days to process your return. This does not include shipping time to our return shipping address. Undamaged samples returned within 15 days of delivery will be issued a full refund. Samples must return in original packaging. Please mention your order number on the package. Visit our Contact Us page for our return shipping address.

Any concern on the order must be registered within 10 days of receiving the product. After this, no concerns will be registered. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from delivery of order. Please email us at sales@4inbandana.com with your order number, photos of your order, and a brief description.

RETURN PROCEDURE

If an order is incorrectly produced, we will recreate and reship your order free of charge. You may keep your initial received order as well. Please simply email us your order number, images of your order, and the reason of concern to sales@4inbandana.com. Our sales consultants will respond within 24 hours.

For some other reason, if you believe that the product we delivered is defective, please follow these steps:

1.Please send us the high-definition details picture and order number through the mailbox, please describe your problem in the mail, our after-sales customer service staff will reply you within 24 hours.

2.Please contact our customer service staff directly, our customer service staff will review the first time, after the verification error, we will arrange a refund or redo for you as soon as possible.

If it's not our fault:

1.Not yet produced
In this case, we allow a full refund, but you will be responsible for the handling fee.

2.Already in production
In this case, we need to check with the factory which part of the production of the order, which may take 1-3 days. Once confirmed, we will deduct the cost of our loss from your payment and immediately refund the remaining amount.

3.Has been produced
We'll work with you.

We don't usually accept returns when it's not our fault, but we know mistakes happen.
